TERMS OF USE

1. Nature of Our Service

Asbestos Removal Birmingham is a lead generation and introduction service. We are not ourselves an asbestos removal, testing, or disposal contractor, and we do not carry out any surveying, removal, remediation, disposal, or related physical works described on this Site.

When you submit an enquiry or request a quote through this Site, your details are passed to an independent, licensed asbestos removal contractor (“the Contractor”) for the purpose of providing you with a quotation and, if you choose to proceed, carrying out the work.

2. Responsibility for Work Carried Out

All surveying, removal, encapsulation, disposal, and any other physical asbestos-related work referenced on this Site is carried out entirely by the Contractor, operating under their own:

  • HSE licence and any other applicable regulatory authorisations;
  • Public liability and other relevant insurance policies;
  • Own terms and conditions, which will be provided to you separately before any work begins.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the standard, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by the Contractor. Any contract for services is formed directly between you and the Contractor, not with us. Any disputes, claims, or concerns relating to work carried out must be directed to the Contractor.

We make reasonable efforts to pass enquiries to a competently licensed and insured contractor, but we do not guarantee the Contractor’s availability, pricing, workmanship, or compliance on any individual job, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and the Contractor.

3. Accuracy of Site Content

The content on this Site, including information about asbestos types, health risks, regulations, and local context, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, or legal advice. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, asbestos-related regulations and guidance can change, and you should not rely solely on this Site when making decisions about your property. Always obtain a professional survey and advice specific to your circumstances.

4. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from:

  • your use of, or inability to use, this Site;
  • any work carried out by the Contractor or any other third party you are introduced to via this Site;
  • reliance on any content published on this Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this Site at the time of your use applies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
